Philip Moser, PLA
Landscape Architect / President
Philip founded Philip Moser Associates in 1983 following his graduation from the LSU School of Landscape Architecture. His leadership and guidance led Philip Moser Associates to become a well-know and well-respected firm, proudly serving Baton Rouge and the surrounding areas for the past 40 years. In addition to his knowledge of landscape, Philip has a strong background in architecture which he incorporates into all design and construction projects. He believes landscape and architecture should function together to unify the house with outside spaces. He is passionate about bringing the art of landscape architecture into the lives and homes of all our clients.

Joycelin Ebbers
Landscape Designer / Office Administrator
Joycelin has been a key member of the Philip Moser Associates team in the design area for the past 22 years. She is a graduate of Louisiana Technical College with a degree in Drafting and Design Technology. Joycelin is well-versed in all aspects of landscape construction, and particularly knowledgeable in planting and hardscape design. She daily uses this extensive knowledge to create custom designs to fit individual clients’ needs with a unique understanding of the building and construction process.
Martin Moser, PLA
Landscape Architect / Construction Manager
As a second generation in Philip Moser Associates, Martin has grown up surrounded by landscape, construction, and architecture his entire life. He graduated in 2012 from LSU with a degree in Landscape Architecture as a recipient of the Dean’s Medal in the College of Art and Design. Martin enjoys both the aspects of the design process as well as overseeing those designs being implemented into real life projects. It is his mission to create functional and beautiful spaces for our clients utilizing his wide-range knowledge and expertise.

Hunter Moser
Landscape Designer / Project Manager
Hunter is also part of the second generation at Philip Moser Associates. Hunter earned a bachelor's degree in Environmental Science and a master's in Landscape Architecture in 2022, both from LSU. Hunter's hobbies include photography, cooking, and gardening. He has a vast knowledge of planting materials, and through his hobbies and professional experience, has cultivated a keen eye for detail. Hunter enjoys working directly with clients to insure their vision becomes reality.
